Privacy Policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Individual entrepreneur Igor Vitalievich Arapov, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” acting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and as the administrator of the website http://www.arapovcopytrade.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), establishes the procedure for handling the personal data of Website users in this Privacy Policy.

1.2. This Privacy Policy is developed to regulate the handling of personal data of Website users and is aimed at ensuring the protection of the legal rights and interests of users, safeguarding their rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of privacy and personal secrets, in connection with the necessity of obtaining, collecting, systematizing, analyzing, storing, and, if necessary, transferring (providing access) within the limits defined in this Privacy Policy of information constituting personal data to achieve the lawful purposes of the Website’s activities.

1.3. The Provider collects and processes personal data and statistical information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.4. Information about the User’s personal data is considered confidential (protected by law). The confidentiality of personal data is lifted in cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

1.5. The Provider has the right to perform all lawful necessary actions with the personal data of users exclusively to achieve the purpose for which the Website http://www.arapov.trade/ was created and is used, as well as in the course of remote interaction with the user when providing services.

2. MAIN TERMS

Documented information – information recorded on a physical medium through documentation with details that allow identifying such information or its physical carrier.

Information – data (notifications, information) regardless of the form of presentation.

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), deletion, destruction of personal data.

Controller – a person who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (transactions) performed with personal data.

Personal data – any information directly or indirectly relating to a specific individual (data subject), including: surname, first name, patronymic of the User, email address(es), phone number(s), as well as any other data directly or indirectly relating to a specific individual and identifying the data subject, which may be obtained in the course of providing services, as well as other information provided by the user, based on which identification of the data subject is possible.

User – a person who, using technical devices, accesses this Web resource.

Destruction of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible to restore the content of personal data in an information system and/or as a result of which the physical carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The source of information about all personal user data is the user of the Website directly. By filling out the feedback form or contacting through any messenger, the user thereby gives consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing the Contractor’s services, as well as for other purposes specified in this Policy or in the Public Offer Agreement for the use of services.

3.2. When processing personal data, the Contractor is obliged to take the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized, unlawful, or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions with personal data:

3.2.1 limitation and regulation of the composition of employees/representatives who have access to personal data;

3.2.2 protection of information;

3.2.3 implementation of antivirus control, prevention of the introduction of malicious programs (viruses) and software backdoors.

3.3. When determining the scope and content of processed personal data, the Contractor is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated 29.07.2022.

3.4. The Contractor treats the confidentiality of its users responsibly and respects the right of each Website user to privacy.

3.5. Personal data and other information defined by law are processed electronically for the purpose of:

3.5.1 contacting the user to confirm enrollment in a course;

3.5.2 scheduling a consultation;

3.5.3 collecting statistics on service usage and feedback on the provided service;

3.5.4 contacting the user to provide information in response to their inquiries.

3.6. Contact with the user may be made via phone call, e-mail newsletter, messenger message, or other means.

3.7. The Website user confirms that:

3.7.1 they provide accurate information about themselves in the necessary scope;

3.7.2 they ensure timely updates to previously provided information when necessary, including changes to phone number, e-mail address, and other personal data.

3.8. The Contractor processes cookies to ensure the functionality of the Website. They help the administration understand which sections are popular, which Website features are useful and convenient, and which are missing. These files are not intended to collect any personal information.

4. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The Provider strives to prevent unauthorized access to the User’s personal data.

4.2. The User independently controls the data provided when using the Website. The User must exercise caution in sharing personal information with third parties.

4.3. The Provider cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the verification or accuracy of the User’s personal information.

4.4. The User who provides personal data to another party is responsible for such disclosure.

4.5. The Provider undertakes to prevent unauthorized and non-purposeful access to the personal data of Website users. Authorized and purposeful access to users’ personal data is considered access by persons authorized by the Provider within the scope and objectives of the Website.

5. USER RIGHTS

5.1. The data subject has the following rights:

5.1.1 the right to protection and respect for their honor and dignity;

5.1.2 the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time and without explanation;

5.1.3 the right to request the cessation of personal data processing with subsequent deletion;

5.1.4 the right to receive information about the processing of personal data;

5.1.5 the right to amend personal data;

5.1.6 the right to receive information about the provision of personal data to third parties.

6. INFORMATION MESSAGES

6.1. By filling out the feedback form, the User gives their consent to receive information via the email provided by the User.

6.2. By clicking any link in the “Course Registration” section, the User gives their consent to receive information via the phone number or other contact methods provided by the User.

7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

7.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without any special notice.

7.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is published in the relevant “Privacy Policy” section, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.

7.3. Continued use of the Website after any amendments to the Privacy Policy signifies acceptance of these changes.

7.4. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be submitted via the feedback form or sent to the email address specified on the Homepage of the Website.

7.5. The relations between the User and the Operator arising from the application of this Privacy Policy are governed by the substantive and procedural law of Ukraine.
